Telegram Bot to Help Organize Events at STMIK Bandung

Abstract

STMIK Bandung as one of many campuses in West Java has been participated actively in the context of contributing to the community in the form of organizing events at STMIK Bandung which held for interna event such as workshops, activities to introduce the collage education system, introduction to state defense, coaching clinics for writing books and other trainings that are formal and semi-formal with external evvent those concerning social.

The research method used in this study uses data collection methods including observations, interviews and literature studies. While the development method uses the waterfall method. The purpose of this reasearch is to help summarize several stages and work that is usually carried out by participants and the organizing committee to obtain outputs and temporary summaries before and after the event is held.

With the help of the Telegram bot, participants are no longer bothered with the registration stages that must take time and energy such as coming and filling out registration forms. In addition, the ease of the process as well as an automatic reminder facility that will notify participants if there is an event that will start in the near future.
