Test Application for Bonus Increase and Basic Photography Learning Media Using Case Based Learning Method

Bonus or reward is an additional payment outside of wages or salary that is intended to encourage (provide incentives) so that workers can carry out their duties better and more responsibly, with the hope of higher profits. When the company's profits are higher, the bonus that will be given will also be greater. This bonus is usually issued on the initiative of the company's leader.
Hokay Studio is a photography service provider company located in Tanjungpinang city. So far, the process of giving bonuses or rewards to employees still uses conventional methods to determine which employees are entitled to a salary bonus. The method used is to select appropriate employees based on performance. Salary bonuses are given every six months during the employee's work period.
This system is made using the Action programming language, and uses the case-based learning method.
