Leather Craft Sales Platform at Saung Kulit Garut

Saung Kulit Garut faces marketing challenges due to reliance on offline sales and inefficient manual ordering via WhatsApp. This research aims to build a web-based e-commerce platform to expand market reach and digitize transactions. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method with PHP and MySQL. The result is a sales information system featuring online ordering for customers and automated stock and report management for admins. Based on Black Box testing, all main functions such as shopping carts and payment status updates were proven valid. The implementation of this platform successfully improves the SME's operational efficiency and product accessibility.
