Usability Evaluation of the Management and Accounting Information System Application for State-Owned Goods at Work Units and Regional Units within the Riau Islands Regional Police Using the System Usability Scale (SUS) Method

The State Property Management and Accounting Information System for State Asset Management is an important information system implemented in all Regional Units and Line Work Units Polda Kepri with the main objective of handling the administration of government expenditure, especially covering state-owned assets, in accordance with standard procedures for estimating value and proper transaction procedures. The system can be said to have a high level of usability if users can get what they need and understand the system. Currently, there are several obstacles in accessing the system. Therefore, this research aims to identify problems in SIMAK BMN, determine the level of usability, and provide recommendations for improving the SIMAK BMN application. This research was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The results obtained are SIMAK BMN has a SUS score of 80.39 which means that SIMAK BMN is acceptable, has a value scale of A and has an adjectives scale classified as Excellent and the percentile rank value is at a value of 90%. However, there are several improvement recommendations that are expected to be used as a reference for the system development team in making improvements.
