Internal Testing Result Management System (Case Study: PT. Solmit Bangun Indonesia)

One of the critical stages in the software development process is the testing phase. Software testing is conducted to ensure that all functions of the software work correctly. PT. Solmit Bangun Indonesia, a company operating in the field of information technology services, has an obligation to its clients to provide the best service by delivering software products that meet their needs. One of the efforts made to ensure that the software product functions properly and meets requirements is the implementation of a system that can manage and monitor software bugs.
The Internal Testing Result Management System is a system designed to assist in managing and monitoring the resolution of software issues (bugs), whether the software is still in development or has already been implemented.
The research methodology used in this study is object-oriented methodology, with Unified Modeling Language (UML) as the modeling language. For system development, the prototype method was applied. The programming language used in designing this system is PHP Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), built using the CodeIgniter (CI) framework, with MySQL as the database.
The key achievement of this research is the development of a system that helps manage and monitor the resolution of software issues (bugs) at PT. Solmit Bangun Indonesia.
