Web-Based Implementation of PT Victory Chingluh Indonesia Chemical Warehouse Inventory System

Abstract

The rapid development of technology, so that the use of information system technology is very useful for companies that need accurate, fast, and detailed information. PT Victory Chingluh Indonesia which is engaged in footwear (shoes). This company in managing inventory still uses Microsoft Excel and is still a single user so that performance is slightly hampered because the process of incoming and outgoing goods only uses recording as proof of taking goods or receiving goods, so that in checking the stock of goods is still manual and allows there to be data that does not match. So that it can cause slowness in searching for goods and making reports. So to overcome this, a computerized system is needed. This system is designed with the UML (Unified Method Language) method. The programming language uses HTML, PHP, and MySQL database. Based on the problem analysis, the results obtained are that this inventory system can provide information that is accessed by the admin and warehouse manager. The admin can add, change, and delete and print reports of goods data, incoming and outgoing goods. While for periodic checking and printing reports can be done by the warehouse manager. This inventory system is made to provide easier information faster. This application can automatically search for data, record incoming and outgoing goods, and can create reports on incoming and outgoing goods.
